Clan line and Holland Africa Line locomotive

This locomotive as sent out by Rails of Sheffield as being tested as okay. Holland Africa line which turned out as being faulty again. Both I and Rails of Sheffield are baffled to as to why there is a problem with this loco. It does not make sense. However, they are giving me a full refund voluntarily which in all fairness is all they can do. I cannot ask for any more than this. They say good comes from adversity, in this case it does, they have looked after me so well that I would be hard pressed to think about buying my locos form anywhere else.
