This Washington investor grew up thinking he had to go to college and work a corporate job. It was all he was ever taught, so he worked job after job until he finally got maxed out and knew there was more to life than working for someone else. He wanted full control, to work for himself and have the money he needed to support his family while having the ability to spend time with them...which eventually would bring him to real estate. 

So Andy found a job that would give him the flexibility in his time until he was ready to jump into real estate investing full time. He studied and gained the confidence he needed and then the time finally came. He quit his job and became a full time real estate investor. 

He was making tons of progress and learning it all step by step through Cody Sperber鈥檚 trainings. Andy learned how to get on the phone and talk to people, how to listen to them and solve their problems through real estate investing. He found a way to provide value through real estate investing and truly saw the value in the work he was doing. 

Now Andy has security and true control over his future, the power is all in his hands. He wakes up everyday wanting to go to work and has found the ultimate independence and is looking forward to teaching his kids the same values and pass on the knowledge he has gained.
