Over 400 people are now confirmed dead following Saturday's tsunami which hit the Indonesian islands of Java and Sumatra. Many more are injured or unaccounted for. Officials are warning residents and tourists to stay away from coastal areas, as the ongoing volcanic eruptions could trigger a second tsunami. Meanwhile, Indonesian President Joko Widodo said the country must install a new early warning system to replace the one which hasn't worked since 2012.
