Tundra Man is quite the individual. He was actually built by Cossack Robot Laboratories. Yes, the exact same Dr. Cossack that debuted in Mega Man 4! Along with his precious daughter, Kalinka! How charming to reference Cossack again!

The Russian-borne Dr. Cossack originally built Tundra Man to be a surveillance robot in the coldest regions of the world, but Tundra Man got pretty bored and lonely with this job. Over time, he picked up a love for figure skating after seeing an ice-skating championship on TV. Even after Dr. Wily kidnapped him, reprogrammed him for evil purposes, and installed the Speed Gear into him, Tundra Man continues to use his frosty powers to now skate and dance in a museum that he took over.

As such, Tundra Man's stage is quite obviously the ice-themed stage of this game, after dealing with the likes of Chill Man, Frost Man, Freeze Man, Blizzard Man, and Ice Man. So watch your step throughout this stage, as you will slide around a lot, potentially to your death, even.
----------

When you fight Tundra Man, he skates around like usual., but he can also use his Speed Gear to skate MUCH faster. He's weak to Fuse Man's Scramble Thunder, because water conducts electricity, and ice is just frozen water.

Defeat Tundra Man to get his weapon: Tundra Storm. Mega Man summons a powerful frosty cyclone that vertical covers his entire being on the screen. If you juice it up with the Power Gear, however, the Tundra Storm then becomes a full-fledged screen wipe, and by far one of the best weapon attacks in the whole game. Don't be surprised that it can't be used too much before the energy goes empty.
