So as my channel on Youtube has grown I get a lot of questions about how to best go about cultivating the skill of hypnosis, and how to best go about getting used to going in and out of trance. My first easy hypnotic induction session was meant to serve that purpose, but as it's been almost a year since I made that video, I thought it would be best to give it an update. As such, I've kept a lot of the themes from that video, but I've modified it slightly. Like the last video, this one is meant to bring you in and out of trance many times, each time becoming easier and easier, until it's completely natural to you. It's really meant to help those who would otherwise struggle with the act of going in and out of trance, and for those of you who are merely looking for a nice little relaxation session, this should help you as well.
