Lesotho’s Pakalitha Mosisili calls for a special conference

Lesotho's Prime Minister, Pakalitha Mosisili has used the powers vested in him by his party's constitution, to call a special conference on the 2nd of December. He wants the conference, among other things, to discipline NEC members including his Deputy, that held a meeting and decided to withdraw the party from the governing coalition, without consulting him .
