Welcome to Dark Souls 2!

ATTENTION: All my Dark Souls 2 videos are for helping purposes and learning where to find certain items. I do not in any way claim to be good at this game, nor do I think I'm very good. So please steer clear of pointing out flaws in my combat. 

This is a boss guide for the final boss, Nashandra. She waits for you in Throne of Want. If you have killed the Giant Lord before you kill the Throne Watcher & Throne Defender, the Nashandra fight will start right after the Throne Watcher & Throne Defender fight.

Nashandra's moveset (move names from Dark Souls 2 wiki, link below):

● Scythe Slam: She will slam (or hack) her scythe down in the ground. Has a somewhat large recovery time, so roll to one of the sides and run up to her to get in some attacks yourself.

● Scythe Swing: She will swing her scythe horizontally up to three times. Roll backwards to avoid the whole combo.

● Vertical Dark Laser: She will fire a dark laser that goes in a straight line towards you. Best time to punish her. Avoid the attack by go to one of the sides, run up to her and attack her. No need to roll unless you get caught off guard by the laser. 

● Horizontal Dark Laser: She will fire a dark laser in a horizontal line. A bit more difficult to dodge than her vertical laser due the larger area that she cover with this attack. Roll back a couple of times to get out of range if you want to play it safe, or run as fast as you can up to her, as soon as you see the attack start. 

● Dark Explosion: She will pull her arm close to her chest and prepare to release a dark explosion that deal a huge amount of damage. Both her hand and her chest will start glowing when she's about to use this attack. It also takes quite some time to prepare the attack, so you have enough time to get away from the explosion.
