The third part covers the REPCONN facility and Helios One. The mod was made by NV project director J. E. Sawyer and is mostly a rebalancing of the vanilla content. It contains many of his ideas that were either deemed too difficult for a retail game or simply weren't possible due to technical limitations. For these reasons it was never released as an official patch. Sawyer uses the mod for his own playthroughs of the game. I'm playing on very hard difficulty with hardcore mod turned on.
