Jan. 21 (Bloomberg) -- Steven Rattner, former head of the U.S. government's Automotive Task Force and author of "Overhaul," discusses the potential impact of Apple Inc. Chief Executive Officer Steve Jobs's medical leave on the company and the outlook for Google Inc. with Larry Page as its new CEO.
