This is the Grand Opening Celebration of Tracy Park located in Northbrook, Ontario, Canada. With the financial assistance of the Ontario Trillium Foundation, Hydro One Networks and several private donors, the Addington Highlands Recreation Committee was able to transform the Lions Club Park to an engineered concrete 'Spectrum' skatepark, a CSA certified CanPlay Playground, basketball court and beach volleyball court. The Park is dedicated to Tracy Yeo who envisioned the idea and passed away after a battle with cancer.
