In this part, we get a new Mask and do a few steps to get our next Mask.

We obtain one item in this part:

Circus Leader's Mask: In the Milk Bar on the First or Second Night at 10:00, you will find Toto, the manager of the Indigo-Go's. He will explain that the performance has been cancelled, and he'd like a sound check to know what it would have been like. As all of Link's forms, you have to play different instruments at each spotlight to form the song known as the Ballad of the Wind Fish, a reference to Link's Awakening. Gorman, sitting at a table, will jeer and insult Link's performances as you do more parts of the song. After playing the complete song with every form, Gorman will remember the memories of how he entered show business just to meet the people who played the song. He will apologize to Link, then give him the Circus Leader's Mask. This Mask is probably the most useless one in the game. Its only real use is to get a few reactions of some characters, specifically the Gorman Brothers. It can be used in the side-quest when you have to escort Cremia in her carriage. While wearing it in that quest, the Gorman Brothers won't attack you. Unfortunately, you get the Circus Leader's Mask AFTER that side-quest, so it has no real use besides it being part of your collection.
