This is the first Epsiode of my Hidden Packages Series. 

On Portland Island, there are 33 Packages and 2 of them can't be collected at the begining of the game ( one of these 2 is on a rocky place in the sea, so if you could make an awesome car jump I thik you'll be lucky to get that one, but then you have to drown so that you can go back in the city ). After you make the "Last Requests" mission from Don Salvatore Leone, you can go from Portland Island to Staunton Island and you have more possibilities of traveling: boats, the sub-way train etc.

On Staunton Island there are 36 packages and one of them is on the bridge that connects Staunton Island with Shoreside Vale. You would need to make some missions until you can go to Shoreside Vale.

Finaly on Shoreside Vale, the last 31 packages hide from you.
