Seems the killers, thieves and liars commonly called governments cannot steal at the same rate they spend. This is why many "cities" are filing for bankruptcy. The latest may be Detroit, Michigan. So today I saw an article about dissolving the city of Detroit. Do we need more evidence they are talking about fictions? They are talking about corporations, figments of the imagination, not geographic area. Yes, they talk about the city having jurisdiction over a certain territory. All that means is some group of people have control over other people in a particular area. This is based on a certain "code" or "law".
