Today in The Colonists, we test out a different building method. We build a contained hamlet of residences, well, and sheep farm. The idea is to save the roads for other resources. We also build an orchard and cider press. We also build an iron mine and a blacksmith for tools.

#theColonists is a robot city builder where you get to manage cute tiny robots.  In The Colonists, players must build up their tiny empire of robots and complete the objectives to complete the map.  Roads in this game are unique, they act like tiny networks, where a robot delivers resources from post to post in their network, like a chain of robots.  Some maps contain enemy robots where we must battle them and capture their spaceship.  If you enjoyed my Banished or Stonehearth series, you might enjoy this game.

About The Colonists

The Colonists is a settlement building game inspired by classic titles like The Settlers and the Anno series.

You take control of a team of self-replicating robots who have escaped from Earth and are searching the galaxy for a new home where they can fulfill their dream: to be human.
