The Specialized Commercial Crimes Court in Johannesburg has on Tuesday, struck off the roll the tax evasion charges against TV personality and Businesswoman Bonang Matheba.

Matheba briefly appeared before the court, and signed an admission of guilt for not filling her tax returns 2008-2017 for personal tax, and company tax from 2014-2017. Matheba's manager, Dan Phillips said that the businesswoman was happy that the matter had been concluded, and that she was a law abiding citizen
