LUCKY 7 driver Tim Slade has given his brand new Ford a shakedown at Queensland Raceway and launched his new colours ahead of this weekend's season opening test day in Melbourne.

The Stone Brothers Racing-built Falcon is also set to be the last of an era -- it looks like it be the final current-specification car built before the next generation Car of the Future debuts next year.
