On May 1st GMA did a segment on Repairing old IPhones. Going to five different retailers taking old or cracked IPhones to replace the glass on those phones. Many of us have our own ways of Repairing IPhones whether we take them to the local mom and pop store or in some cases, we will take our IPhones to the 🍎 store. Do you take your IPhones to a local kiosk in the mall, and if you do what Guarantee do they give if the repairs aren't to your liking. I think the point that GMA was making by airing this was to get people to understand what your money pays for. Local mom and pop stores don't give you much leeway on returning the phone if you don't like there repairs. If you take your 📱 to a local retailer, your likely to get a much better Guarantee on the work they do as apposed to the stores at the mall. There are a number of kits that people can buy to repair or replace the glass on the IPhones. But in this case some experience is required to fix the phone. Even the reporter had trouble using the kit in the segment. Tell us what you think and whether you yourself have used a local retailer or a small mom and pop store at the local mall.
