However based on the footage, it also can not be ruled out 100% either. If he indeed saved her, How would that work out for the rest of the season. The Walking Dead Season 4 already has given us some good story and some incredible moments. But if this child is alive, how will Tyreese and whoever he may be with manage to survive with a crying screaming baby. I am not 100% convinced, but there seems to be a good chance.
