The College of Health and Public has a new dean as of July. Dr. Michael Frumkin wants to create a model of partnership with the community to improve people's lives focusing on problem areas such as homelessness, public welfare, foster care, elder care and children's welfare. He wants these partnerships to re-craft how they view that reality and devise ways of getting the information they need to impact it. (2008)
