I know cooks frozen is an oxymoron, live with it! 
An0other dessert bought to you by the eclectic Colin Bunyan. A chocoholics delight and with very little cooking this is an ideal base dessert for a romantic way to end a meal. 

Ingredients are as follows
50g pecan nuts
50g digestive biscuits
1tbsp golden syrup
2tsp cocoa powder
100g chocolate (i used 75g 85% cocoa and 25g 35% cocoa)
150ml double cream
1 small cap of mint essence
