Octopath Traveler has to be one of my favorite RPG's in the last 5 years, why?   Because of the large amounts of customization and the Final Fantasy feel to the game

In this brand new series, we show off a lot of my gameplay and progress within Octopath Traveler, a new RPG for the Nintendo Switch that I have been hooked on the past week or so.   If you have not seen some of my gameplay, check out my second channel(In the outro) for some videos.

What I love the most about the game, besides the music, is the customization each character has, the job system, the fact that you can use ANY class's passive to compliment your character, imagine Olberic gaining SP when he uses a basic attack, and being able to heal.   Yup.   Or your Scholar resting to throw constant spells at the opponent.

There are twelve total classes for eight characters, and I really hope they add more via DLC in the future.   I'd also love to see New Game Plus, although whoever you protagonize, you cannot swap him out, so that is one way to replay the game, as each character has a story, though people played Final Fantasy to death with different class combinations, including 4 White Mages!

I normally run Olberic, Tressa, Therion, and Cyrus, my main weakness is spell healing(Although Apocathery as a secondary job can heal), and three of my four characters can steal.
