Now growing up in Chicago we have our own kind of pizza here. That freaking AWESOME Deep Dish Pizza!! I make several types of Deep Dish but the sausage is my favorite out of them all hands down. When I decided to start making these there was only one type of pizza I could ever imagine myself making. Lou Malnati's!! OMG if you haven't ever had the chance to eat their Sausage Deep Dish Pizza you are so missing out. This pizza doesn't have a crumble of sausage it is a freaking full layer of sausage so every single bite of pizza has that freaking amazing Italian Sausage in it! I will be honest guys once you make this no other pizza will ever be the same, or heck live up so go ahead and try this one and don't forget to share the video!! Total Time: 1hour Makes: 8- 10 Servings Pizza: 1 lb. Italian Sausage 2 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 Tbsp. Cornmeal 1 Refrigerated Pizza Crust (or Homemade) 4 Cups Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded 2 Tbsp. Parmesan Cheese, Grated Sauce: 1/4 Cup Onion, Chopped 2 Garlic Cloves, Minced 28 0z.
