The World Wide Web finally reaches Cuba - FOCUS 08/02/2013 Many young people today can't remember a time before the internet, yet the World Wide Web has only just arrived in Cuba. The Communist government had previously viewed the net with suspicion, but now it's opening up internet cafés across the country and allowing access to the web.
