Okay, we’ve finished painting Mia's old bedroom. After repainting the room to make it more welcoming, we have now posted an ad on Craigslist looking for a new renter. Our last tenant, unfortunately, turned out to be very crazy. She was an older lady, which was fine with us. She seemed sweet when we met her. It turned out she was hiding from several ex-lovers who were potentially dangerous and looking for her, and that doesn’t even cover it. Yada yada, she doesn’t live with us anymore.

We are hoping to find someone who is a good match, maybe even a new friend. Of course, our top priority is finding a reliable and stable non-insane tenant who can pay rent on time. Under normal circumstances I’d say the three of us are pretty easy to live with. Hope we can do a little better this time, wish us luck!
