1/2 Teaspoon of Turmeric
1 1/2 Tablespoons of Milk
A few drops of honey

*OPTIONAL for dry skin*  
add 1 Tablespoon of Flour or Raw Oats

*OPTIONAL for acne prone skin*
substitute the milk with organic Yogurt
