Police are investigating a case of a suspicious man following a 15-year-old girl in Midtown Kansas City. Shawnie Ferguson, a student of Cristo Rey High School, said she got off a city bus near 60th Street and Tracy Avenue and was followed by a man in his 60s. She said the man tried to lure her into his car. "I was walking down the street from the Troost playground and this blue car rolled by and he waved at me," Ferguson told KMBC's Dan Weinbaum.
