Recent HSBC bank account closures have targeted numerous Muslim organisations and individuals, including Finsbury Park Mosque. As a result, affected victims have called for boycotts, protests and terminating their own accounts with the bank. Is this an example of Islamophobia, considering activists such as Anas Altikriti (and his family) and Azzam Tamimi have also had their bank accounts closed?
