A nice powerclean session after a long while. 3 singles at 110 of the same complex where true and easy powers but I felt good for more. Started powerjerks after a long while to fix some assimetries in the shoulders and dip. Failed because of that shoulder and lockout. Failed the powerclean on the 115, obviously.
