Crews Dispatched To Clear North Coast Landslide

A team from the Ministry of Works and Transport was dispatched to clear the landslide out on the North Coast Road in Las Cuevas, before Nanan's Resort. Earlier in the day, the landslide made traffic impassable on both lanes, but later in the afternoon traffic was reopened to one lane. Clean-up efforts have been ongoing by the Ministry and the San Juan/Laventille Disaster Management Unit. Line Minister Rohan Sinanan gave TTT an update on Wednesday evening.
