Simple way to alkalize your body!  A tiny pinch of baking soda in your water turns your watcher alkaline and makes it yummy and smooth tasting!  Not to mention extremely cheap!!! I believe Ice heard about this method first at earthclinic.com.  Try it and see how you feel!! If you have high sodium problems is the only reason this might not be a good longtime solution.
