Descent 2 Level 21: N'neri Ring Descent 2 is a game released by Parallax Software and released by Interplay on February 29, 1996. It serves as the first sequel to Descent. Although it was originally planned as an expansion (and not a sequel) to Descent, Descent 2 runs on the same engine with enhancements and added more weapons, and robots with improved AI. It was followed by Descent 3.
