Jaime Lee Rodney is an artist and producer from Brooklyn, New York who has performed in various productions and companies throughout the US, Canada, Europe and Asia. He first began his dance training at age eight, with the Eliot Feld Ballet Tech company and later attended LaGuardia H.S for Performing Arts and S.U.N.Y Purchase University, where he received B.F.A in Dance and Arts Management. He is also the recipient of The Eiger four-year dance scholarship as well as the Bert Terborg Dance award. 
He has run motivational dance workshops, based on true stories, daily experiences, and improvisation for non-profit organizations, companies and is a frequent New York Cares volunteer. As a Producer, he's had the opportunity to work with Theatre Company "Dante or Die", Writer/Director Harold Finley, NYC Dance Arts and is currently in the process of producing his own solo work. Jaime has a passion for producing work, which is accessible to all communities and is currently completing his MA Creative Producing degree at the Royal Central School of Speech & Drama.

In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience.
