Some of my viewers may remember that I had put up a video on soy products, and whether the growing backlash against them was warranted or not.  To sum up, I felt it wasn't.  However, I also said that I was willing to receive comments on the subject, no matter how much it may differ, and research things further.

After some more digging, and after a few interesting comments from people on the original vid, I felt the time had come to put up an update on what I feel about soy and it's supposed effects on people, as well as what extra info I've found out.  Wanna know what it is?  Then watch. :)  IF you want a hint though... well, methink some people doth protest too much.
