quick video while I'm doing some maintenance. Wanted to address I comment I recently received about me losing a lot of fish. Unfortunately fish deaths are to be expected in this hobby. But, I dont think I've lost an abnormal amount of fish. It might seem like a lot especially due to how many tanks and fish I actually have which is likely more than a lot of hobbyists. I think the important thing to note is that most of the fish I loose end up dying shortly after I acquire them. Sometimes the shock of different water parameters is enough to kill certain fish (like the neon and cardinal tetras), and some species like rams are super sensitive and are typically difficult to keep. However, most of the "my" fish (fish I've had for a decent amount of time) seem to thrive and as I note in the video, my discus are really my main goal and I've never lost a discus since I began keeping them! **Follow Rich's Fishes on Instagram!** https://instagram.com/richsfishes/
