CSX K284, the weekend trash train to Oak Point, has to stop and go at CP26, due to the fact that the lead engine, SD40-2 8832, had cab signal failure. This means that the train can't go more than 30 MPH, and at every signal, the train has to come to a stop, and then proceed. However, going through a signal at restricted speed is just as good. For some reason, K284 set off its cars in Croton,so all we see tonight is lite engines with 8832 on the point and 8831 trailing. These are the only two SD40-2's still in bright future paint.
