Stranded rider?

On the way home from work. Just happened to see this rider pulled over the freeway. I thought I'd pull over. Give him a thump ups. It's kinda hard to see, but his light was still on, so I figure he was okay. I exited the freeway and he happened to be going the same route as me. I always try to pull over whenever I see a biker stranded on the freeway either on the bike or car.
