What is a "Let's Survive?  It's taking a "Let's Play" and adding realism, such as the need to eat, drink, sleep, and Permadeath.  With Fallout 4's Survival Mode this is all possible without mods.  And the mods listed below don't change the gameplay, only visuals and settlement building options.  And while you may notice that I have the ability to save in Survival mode, it's only to safe guard against crashes.
