Union Minister of Food Processing Harsimrat Kaur Badal on Monday attacked Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi, saying that the latter must be on drugs. Kaur's remarks came in connection to Gandhi's allegation that 70 per cent of the youth across Punjab are under the influence of addiction.
