26 weeks pregnant, pregnancy update. This week I have been feeling very heavily pregnant. Welcome to my Channel, Im Jen, I live in the South East of England with the two handsome men in my life, my Fiancé Craig and our 2 year old son Ralph. I am currently pregnant with baby number two.
