This is material we taught April 6. We wanted to exercise the follow's left side more, so we came up with two patterns after doing some swingout drills. The two moves:

1. R2L swingout
2. R2L passby to leader's hammerlock to compress 6 to alternate releases. (we encourage viewers to create their own endings also)
