Rafael Pardo was born in Barcelona and ​is a senior consultant specializing in eHealth, he has over 25 years experience in the design and implementation of health information systems and telemedicine and has experience in multinational projects, having directed health projects related to ICT of high complexity and innovation. 

His areas of expertise include the design of sectoral strategic plans, business intelligence, market trend analysis, functional design health information systems, analysis and deployment of telemedicine services, among others. 

He collaborates with various companies of the industry in areas such as disclosure, the design and concept of eHealth. 

He's the editor of the blog "Lost in Pandora", dedicated to ICT and Health, and in 2010 the prestigious journal "Diario Médico" incorporated his "Honors of the Year 2010".

Rafael Pardo, nascut a Barcelona, és consultor sènior especialitzat en eHealth, amb més de 25 anys de recorregut en el disseny i desplegament de sistemes d’informació sanitaris i de telemedicina, amb experiència en projectes multinacionals, havent dirigit projectes sanitaris relacionats amb TIC d’alta complexitat i innovació.

Les seves àrees de coneixement inclouen el disseny de plans estratègics sectorials, Business Intelligence, anàlisi de tendències de mercats, disseny funcional sistemes d’informació sanitaris, anàlisi i desplegament de serveis de telemedicina, entre d’altres.

Col·labora amb diferents companyies del sector en àmbits com la divulgació, el disseny i la concepció d’eHealth.

És editor del bloc “Perduts a Pandora”, dedicat a TIC i Sanitat, i al 2010 la prestigiosa publicació “Diario Médico” el va incorporar al seu “Quadre d’Honor de l’Any 2010 “.
