Minister of Social Development Susan Shabangu expected to hold an Imbizo with Mthatha rural social grant beneficiaries. The aim is to create awareness about SASSA new card transitions and how to deal with the problems they are faced with. Earlier this month delays in the process and glitches saw beneficiaries queue from early in the morning outside of the post office in Mthatha in the hope to be paid.
