Kim Kardashian and Kanye West will head down to the Justice of peace in Los Angeles to obtain their marriage license and wed.  The couple will have an official wedding in France.  Their Parisian ceremony on May 24th is still expected to be an extravagant affair.  But, they must obtain a marriage license first.  In other words, the couple will be officially married sometime in the next week.
