Drop everything urgently! Throw your pens, calculators, mice, keyboards, take off ties and business dresses, put on loose clothes, throw out all the bosses and subordinates and go into the forest!

Nowhere will you breathe as easily as in the forest. At the first inhalation of this fragrant air you will feel a surge of energy and immediately forget about "urgent" city affairs.

When was the last time you inhaled the aroma of the forest flora, wandered through winding paths among the trees, heard the knocking of a woodpecker or the singing of a cuckoo, admired the view of a forest lake?

ADVANTAGES OF THE WALK IN THE FOREST, HELPFULLY INFLUENCING HUMAN:
-The production of oxygen-rich air, which stimulates blood circulation, improves appetite and increases brain activity. Your lungs are filled with clean air, devoid of pathogenic bacteria.
It is known that one hectare of mixed forest produces up to 200 kg of oxygen and absorbs the same amount of carbon dioxide per day. There is almost no dust in the forest - settling on leaves and branches, it is then washed off by rain and leaves into the ground.
-The walking through the forest can be equated to physical activity. Long walking is in no way inferior to running in health improvement. During walking improves blood circulation and heart function. People who spend a walk every day about an hour a day are less likely to develop coronary heart disease than hypo-active people. Walking is also an excellent tool for preventing varicose veins and losing weight. Do you know that for an hour of walking we lose about 300 kcal? And in the woods we usually walk more than an hour. Of course, not everyone has the opportunity to walk in the woods every day, then the forest can be replaced by the park closest to your house.
-Psychological effect of walks through the forest can not be overestimated. If we turn to antiquity, we can give a magnificent example, showing the attitude of people of the past to nature: the ancient Roman thinker Aristotle conducted his lectures during walks. He believed that this helps to better assimilate the material. And he was certainly right. We should not forget past experience. During the walk try to relax as much as possible. Do not dwell on thoughts, release them, let them fly into your head and fly away from it easily and quickly, without delaying. Solutions to complex life issues usually come when our minds are free of thoughts, when we are ready to hear the answers.
  - Two-hour walks through the forest are an excellent means of preventing myopia. In the woods, you always look into the distance, unlike situations at home or at work, where the eyes are constantly tired of computer monitors and focusing on nearby objects while cooking, repairing, sewing, etc. Focusing on distant objects, you let your eyes relax. The green color of the forest contributes to a greater relaxation and calming of both your eyes and your nervous system.
