A Baltimore man has been acquitted of first- and second-degree murder charges related to the killing of Fells Point tattoo artist Jim Forrester. The jury acquitted Michael Bailey, 29, in the December 2017 shooting of Forrester outside the Baltimore Tattoo Museum. Forrester was on the phone with his wife, Tina Forrester, when he was shot.
