Here we are at the terminus of the Route 15 streetcar line in the Port Richmond section of Philadelphia, where we see PCC II 2323 as it departs the terminal (which is nothing more than a small loop), as it heads back towards 63rd Street in the Haddington section. After it leaves, the PCC II behind it, 2331, moves up into the first position. We also see an Artic sitting in the terminal. 2323 was originally built ins 1947 by St. Louis Car Company and was rebuilt in 2004 by the Brookville Equipment Corporation.
