High Voltage Crookes Radiometer

A new (as far as I know) way to get a Crooke's Radiometer to spin. I don't think there is enough energy to heat the gas inside the tube nor is there enough light from the arc to spin the mill. If any one knows how the electric arc causes the mill to spin let me know in the comments.
