Now speaking of sass, under the hood is a snappy 327 CID Chevrolet V8 that pegs the tach in half a second if you are not careful with the loud pedal. Covered in chrome and looking as pretty as it does sinister this small block is tuned right and fed premium gas by two Edelbrock® Carburetors topping an Edelbrock® chrome 2x4 intake manifold. Exhaust is handled by a pair of block hugger headers and true duals dumping in front of the rear tires. Backing this snappy mighty mouse is a two speed power glide automatic transmission. The drive train in this car has been well thought out, tuned and squeezed to provide one wild ride. The staggered look of this car is due to the 275-35-ZR20 in the rear to the 235-40-R15 in the front Nitto tires all around and in the front they surround a set of disc brakes because with power like this you need a lot of stopping power. Now I do not want you to think that this 1962 Impala for sale is all go and no show, she is looks great from every angle, even if you are looking in the glove box! The sleek line of the 62 Impala have long been sought after by those that would restore them, or make hot rods and even low riders out of them, in my humble opinion this is what a 1962 Impala should be.
