Predator drone attempted murder... or courageous save of 2 civilian lives?

Had a little contact with the ground and nearly murdered my friend and committed suicide. Luckily kept it from hitting us and causing any damage to the drone or nearby structures. Hard to tell from the footage, but it was an extremely windy day. We moved our seating position immediately following this flight.
