Former youth organizers sentenced to 20 years in federal prison

Kevin Ray McMillan was sentenced to serve 20 years in federal prison by U.S. District Judge Senior U.S. District Judge John D. Rainey. McMillan was arrested back in May 2017 when police learned McMillian was sending sexually explicit messages to a juvenile female.
